Description:  Eight Ukranian environmental leaders will be discussing the efforts of their non-profits. The delegation is visiting the SF Peninsula to meet with leaders of environmental non-profits and to learn how non-profits influence local governmental policies. The SF Peninsula environmental community and general public are welcome.

Description:  Getting kids to play outdoors and away from their TV/computer screens not only improves their physical health, but 
can build a lifetime connection to the natural world. Learn tips for introducing your children to nature from schoolteacher 
Jerry Hearn and preschooler educator Luane Robinson. 
Parents will receive a list of kid-friendly places to visit, ideas for hands-on activities and contacts at local preschools that 
focus on outdoor experiences for youngsters. 

Cost: $5 Acterra members; $10 general -- or sign up to be an Acterra member this night and it's free!
